    Went grocery shopping and scale shopping.  Found that HYVee and Walmart actually have lots of great stuff.  Am going to LOVE the load days I think.  Dairy Queen!  OH, Yeah!!
    Not going to state my start weight until I am done ... I know, but too embarrassing.  My goal is to lose 60-80 pounds.  So now you know, I am a big girl, LOL.  I have done a low calorie diet before so I do kind of have an idea what is in store.  For those that have not, READ everything here, on the site!!!  I am officially starting the drops on Monday.  See you then!

    LOAD DAYS!!!!!   Wow!  I cannot believe I CAN'T eat the whole thing!  LOL!!  Ice cream, fried potatoes and pork chops, hamburgers, more ice cream, bananas, and that's just the first hour!  No, not really, LOL!  I did find it a little difficult eating so much but I did it!  And LOADS of water!!!!  OH!  I held the drops under my tongue for 10 minutes.  Try not to laugh!!

    First day 500 calorie diet.  OH MY GOSH!  I am not hungry!  Ok, let's be honest.  I thought for sure that I would be hungry and uncomfortable.  But NO!  I had to make myself eat!!!!!  AND I went out to dinner, too!

    Second day of 500.  Just got up and had to write.  I have lost 4 POUNDS!!!!!!!!

    Third day. Lost another 3 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Total 7 pounds.  This is AMAZING!!!

    Sorry haven't written.  Have been gone!  Took a short trip and STAYED on the DIET!!!  Total weight loss as of today is 12 pounds in 10 days!  And  I AM NOT HUNGRY AND HAVEN'T BEEN!!!  Here's what I have been eating (this is all day):
         Morning - an apple or strawberries
         Lunch - chicken or fish, shredded lettuce with 3-4 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 bag frozen
                        broccoli, 1 piece melba toast and about 2 glasses of water
         Dinner - chicken or fish (have the one you didn't have at lunch), shredded lettuce
                        with cucumber slices, 1/2 bag frozen cauliflower, 1 piece melba toast
                        and about 2 glasses of water
         Snack before bedtime is an apple or strawberries (whatever I didn't have at breakfast)

    I use Walden Farms salad dressings, Bar-B-Q sauce and Mrs. Dash.  Lots of water in between times, too.  I am so full I sometimes have to force myself to eat it all!!!

    Staying on the diet, went to places I knew would cook the food I wanted (Bob Evans and Applebee's are 2 good ones but most good restaurants will cook to order), chicken or fish grilled with NOTHING on it, broccoli and a big salad.  Walden's has single serving packages of their dressings or use vinegar and pepper!  Then I brought my melba toast and snuck it in, LOL, and then if they had strawberries I had them, if not, I went to the grocery store and got an apple!

    Back again!  28 days and 28 pounds!!!!  Found 2 more restaurants, Denny's and Perkins!!  I think while I was traveling and eating in a couple of places they added stuff cause I have only lost a pound a day but I don't know!  I am so very pleased with the weight loss I don't care if they did!!  Will try to more often.

    OK.  I totalled at 42 pounds, 16 inches overall.  Did 3 weeks of maintenence, which was great!  Found ALL KINDS of food I could eat and never cheated once!  Mexican and everything!!  Maintained my weight all the way thru.  Then Load Days.  Been planning for weeks.  Well. let me tell you!  Don't plan, because the food doesn't taste the same!!!!!!!!!!  So, did my load days and now am back on for the next round of losing a pound or more a day!  I can't wait!  I have a wedding to go to in the Sping so am going to be in the size I am wanting to be in!!!!

    50 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Gained 7 pounds on load days, so have lost 15 ore pounds, butam just going to say 50 since I gained the load day weight.  Hope that makes sense.
